“We have been outraged by the Trump administration’s inhumane ‘zero tolerance’ immigration policy that separates children from their parents and while the executive order ends future separations it does nothing to reunite those families that have been torn apart.  This is not a partisan or political issue; it is a moral issue that touches on our core values as a nation: liberty, equality, diversity, and unity.

“We will continue to raise our voices and provide a platform for those who are suffering because of these outrageous policies, which will continue to keep families detained indefinitely. We the people have the opportunity to put our country back on the right track, through our voices, through our advocacy, and through the power of action.”
