 “Sen. Mitch McConnell and the Republican Party continue to show their contempt for the wellbeing of American families by refusing to take the necessary steps to combat climate change. Everyday, American families are shouldering the burden of extreme weather with communities of color paying the highest price.

“This vote was nothing but a charade to avoid addressing the greatest threat facing humanity.”
